Goal: Every morning must be started after a good night of sleep (even if kids or dogs wake you up several times), since my HGH and Cortisol levels will be affected by sleep deprivation.
Reality: don't remember what I was watching on TV when I crawled to bed. Dogs asked to go twice and it was raining so I had to grab a cup of joe and shake the fog out. Nice day, but full of cortisol...
